Ingredients

1 large Bell Pepper (or 2 small)
1 medium Onion
24 white Shrimp tail off, peeled & deveined
Fajita Seasoning:
2 tablespoons of Lime juice
2 tablespoons of Franks Red Hot sauce
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon Chipotle powder
3/4 teaspoon ground Cumin
3/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/3 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon Onion powder
Directions
Make up the Fajita seasoning and set aside. (Just under 1 1/2 tbsp)
Slice pepper and onions into thin strips and sauté over medium high heat in a deep skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray until tender then set aside wrapped in foil to keep warm.
Sauté shrimp in the same pan (may need to re-spray first) until almost done then add the peppers and onions back to the pan and add the Fajita seasoning.
Stir to coat all ingredients and serve.
