Ingredients

24 ounces raw tail on peeled shrimp
1 large red bell pepper sliced thin strips
2 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic pressed
4 tbs peanut oil
4 Large potatos
1/2 can tomato sauce
Hot Sauce
Directions
Peel and cube potatos and boil them until still firm in the middle of the cubes turn off and set aside.
Add oil to pan heat until hot
Add onion and garlic saute until brown
Add Red Bell pepper
Drain potatos and add to pan
Stir in 1/2 can tomato sauce
Add hot sauce
Stir and Add shrimo cook until pink
Serve
