Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Chili powder
    0.5 tsp Garlic powder
    0.25 tsp Oregano, ground
    1.0 tbsp Canola Oil
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    6.0 oz Shrimp, raw
    3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    0.5 tsp Cumin (ground)
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    3.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    4.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Corn Tortillas

Directions

1. In a medium bowl or 1-gallon resealable bag, combine the lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to several hours. 2. Add the peppers and onions and saute until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 4 minutes until cooked. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave. Place 2 tortillas on each plate and divide the fajita filling mixture evenly between the tortillas. You can add a little plain greek yogurt and some salsa if you like. It will add a little calories . Serving Size: 2 fajitas
