This is a very fast and great pancake with protein in it. I added blackberries to mine. Loved it.
I also love the podcast! I tried these first on my 6 year old. I worry he eats way too many processed carbs (bread, cereal, etc) and he loved them! He had no idea they were different than regular pancakes, he just thought they tasted great!
I tried this recipe halfheartedly figuring it would be disgusting but it wasn't! It was actually really good. Now it was nothing at all like a pancake for me. It was more like a "veggie burger". I fried it with PAM. Great recipe from cutthefat podcast which I love. Check that out on iTunes.
