Nice recipe! Didn't have strawberry yogurt, but did have strawberries so added 6 to fat-free yogurt. Also added 1/3 cup craisins.
Easy recipe to make and very low on calories. Adds flavor to a meal.
Delightful, but I swapped the almonds for unsalted pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Still a fabulous little dessert-snack. I'll definitely make this one again.
Put it in my cookbook for making later. Really sounds good and low in sodium.
I love waldorf salad...Never made it with yogurt, I usually use 1 tbsp of fat free blue cheese dressing and 1 of reduced fat miracle whip...with another a bit of reduced fat blue cheese and some cranberries...it's delish...I'll try this for a dessert type dish Thanks
