Steamed Veggie and Egg
Seasoning can be adjusted to suit your personal taste. Recipe can also be "enlarged" to feed more than one person. Sometimes I will add two eggs instead of one if I am really hungry. This makes a great breakfast, but can be made for any meal. Cheese can be left out if no fat is desired.
