Introduction

Steamed veggies tossed in an herb and oil blend to add extra oomph. Steamed veggies tossed in an herb and oil blend to add extra oomph.

Ingredients

    2c. Green giant fresh veggie medley,
    2.5 tbsp. light olive oil
    1tbsp preferred herb blend (Herbs de province works nicely)

Tips

Choose herb blends to compliment the main course of the meal, or use your favorites to make a healthy reheatab;le snack in the cold months when hot = happy.


Directions

Steam cook veggie mix. While cooking, mix oil and herbs to allow herbs to mildly soften and mix evenly. When veggies are steamed to desired tenderness, toss in oil/herb blend and serve immediately.
