I made this with full fat cream cheese. I've also now made it with boursin cheese. Both delicious. But just to reiterate, to be Atkins, it cannot be fat free cream cheese.
Good easy recipe BUT guys, Atkins does NOT allow fat free anything. By taking fat out, the producers put starch back in which increases carbs considerably. Additionally, fat is good for you - please read up on it! Would have given 5 stars otherwise...
