Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    •6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
    •¼ cup onions
    •2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
    •2 toothpicks
    •Black pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation:

1. Spread softened cream cheese on the salmon
2. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
3. Carefully roll up each slice, cut rolls into 1/2-inch slices or desired length, and stick with a toothpick.
4. Chill until ready to serve.

    I made this with full fat cream cheese. I've also now made it with boursin cheese. Both delicious. But just to reiterate, to be Atkins, it cannot be fat free cream cheese. - 4/19/18

    Good easy recipe BUT guys, Atkins does NOT allow fat free anything. By taking fat out, the producers put starch back in which increases carbs considerably. Additionally, fat is good for you - please read up on it! Would have given 5 stars otherwise... - 2/12/13
