Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The meatloaf was fantastic, It was moist and had good flavor. I would add a little more oatmeal next time because it was almost too moist, or let it sit for a while longer prior to cutting. I changed the sauce on top, using a mixture of 1/4 cup catsup, 2 tbl brown sugar, and 1 tsp dry mustard.
