Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this quite often as a mouse. 2 boxes of sugar free vanilla instant pudding, yes dry, 2cups milk,I use skim, 1 10oz container of cool whip and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. and a can of pumpkin, I think it's about 16 oz can. whip everything together and refrigerate. DELICIOUS and low in calories!
Have simular idea from Dr. One sugar free fat free instant pudding mix made with 1 3/4 cup of skim milk. 1 small can of pumkin puree anf 1 coll whip. When pudding sets blend all ingredients and your preffered spices and pour into a ready made grahm cracker pie crust
Just wondering if the pudding can be substituted with non-fat vanilla yogurt?
I make sugar free pudding, so how much is 2 servings?

Recipe sounds GREAT !
