Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used a 1 1/2" cutter. The recipe yielded 43 crackers. This TOTALLY adjusts the nutrition information. Plus do not attempt to use a pasta roller, the dough is not sturdy enough (no elastic gluten) to run through. Don't use fresh rosemary - adds too much moisture. Worth experimenting with. Thanks!
