I used imitation crab. I am unsure of what the serving size is - my guess is about 2 tbsp based on the amounts in the calorie breakdown. Very creamy, thick, and tasty. Didn't have the seasoning brand - used oregano, paprika, and a teensy bit of cayenne pepper.
