Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 (8 oz) packages Light Phiadelphia Cream Cheese
    1/2 C Nonfat Milk
    4 Cloves Garlic
    2 (6 oz) cans Crab Meat
    1 tsp Lemon Zest
    1 Tb Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Mix together first 3 ingrediants, then stir in the crab meat and lemon zest. Add the Old Bay Seasoning to taste.

Chill before serving.

    Very yummy, but mine was runny. Next time I will decrease the milk to get a creamier texture. Also the Old Bay was overpowering, I should have added a lot less and worked up. Not as much crab flavor as I like, next time I would probably use lump crab to get more flavor in some bigger chunks. - 6/28/10

    This is good. I made this for my co-workers today. They loved it. I added onion powder & pepper flakes. I used lemon juice instead of lemon zest. - 12/16/10

    I used imitation crab. I am unsure of what the serving size is - my guess is about 2 tbsp based on the amounts in the calorie breakdown. Very creamy, thick, and tasty. Didn't have the seasoning brand - used oregano, paprika, and a teensy bit of cayenne pepper. - 8/17/10

    It was a bit too lemony for me, but that is just my taste. other than that, it was delightful. Very creamy and can really satisfy that craving for delicious crab dip! I would just use less lemon zest next time... - 1/5/09
