I made a few adjustments. I used a whole cup of non fat plain yogurt, with half a cup of pureed pumpkin, and 2 tbsp of sugar free maple syrup. I also added some cinnamon. It was soo good! Like eating the inside of the pumpkin pie! And a good way to sneak in a serving of vegetables.
