These were delicious but do keep in mind it makes 8 servings so a serving is 1/4 cup for 214 calories so eat accordingly.
That is a lot of calories for 1/4 cup. I think I will just eat my unsalted almonds.
A savory nut snack instead of the more numerous sweet nut snacks you find. Really good and healthy. Tried using less parmigiana to cut down on sodium, fat and calories. I've also used other spices like smoked paprika and chili blends.
