The powdered milk gave it an odd flavor - if I make it again I would use less powdered milk but more powdered sugar.
I didn't quite like this icing, it was edible, but not the nicest! mine turned out tasting more like the actual cake mixutre - not the icing. Instead I used sweetner, cocoa powder, skimmed milk, water and bit of icing sugar. Still low fat, just a few more calories.
sounds great cand wait to make it for hubby fr his birthday with this other great low fat cupcakes too
