Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Why just egg whites? The yolks contain many vitamins.

Used low carb bread or wraps. Very good.
Okay I made some changes to the recipe: 1) toasted whote wheat bread; 2) whole egg scrambled; 3) turkey ham instead of bacon; 4) spiced up (like making guacamole) mashed avocado; and 5) regular instead of reduced fat cheddar cheese. It worked out very well as I continue to learn to eat avocadoes.
A good way to get protein in your breakfast.
