Okay I made some changes to the recipe: 1) toasted whote wheat bread; 2) whole egg scrambled; 3) turkey ham instead of bacon; 4) spiced up (like making guacamole) mashed avocado; and 5) regular instead of reduced fat cheddar cheese. It worked out very well as I continue to learn to eat avocadoes. Submitted by:

IDON'T LIKE EGG WHITES. I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE WHOLE EGG. I DO MAKE A SANDWICH WITH A BOILED EGG,,CHOPPED. AVACADO, CHOPPED AND A LITTLE MAYO AND SALT AND PEPPER. I REALLY LIKE THIS FOR BREAKFAST.PHYL32 Submitted by:
