Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I varied the ingredients slightly. I used very large zucchini from the garden and added garlic salt. The sodium level was too high so next time will use ground garlic instead. Everyone loved this recipe!
I added a can of mushrooms, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano while browning the beef. I topped each boat with a provolone slice.
