I love making this with the spice cake. I also sometimes make a frosting for it. Mix a packet of sugar free/fat free cheesecake flavored pudding with 1 cup skim milk until it starts to thicken slightly then add a small tub of cool whip free, stir to combine. So yummy!
Make a bundt cake like this with spice cake mix + "some" grated carrots, crushed pineapple, raisins and applesauce and about a tbls of sugar....sounds similar...want to try the cupcakes!!!! Good portion control!!! Thanks!
