This is interesting. A lot of people use smart balance butter and if you check, blue bonnet butter is lower in fat and etc than this butter. Check it out sometime.
This recipe is great. Tastes so much like the old fashioned ones. I made one batch using the milk and second batch replacing the milk with same amount of EAS sugar free Chocolate Myoplex Lite Protein drink. This was amazing and adds a little more protein. Thanks for the AWESOME recipe.
