I can't have sausage on the diet I am following. I made this recipe with ground turkey and spiced it up with Mrs. Dash, some diced onion, tomato, and bell pepper. I put mine in between two slices of Double Fiber Wheat Bread and added a little spicy mustard to it. Easy to make the night before.
