I think the fiber count is higher than the label shows. A tablespoon of flax meal is 4 grams fiber (3.3 per recipe serving) plus the spinach, tomatoes, and tortilla. So anyone who wants to make this will really get even better nutrition. Thanks for an alternative to spiking oatmeal w/flax.
