I made this sandwich (on the picture) last year. I make this about 3-4 times a year in batches with different meats (turkey/chicken sausage, beef or turkey bacon) or with just an egg and cheese. I make my own English muffins as well and I didn't know what the calories were for this. Thanks for loadi
