Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used 365 brand protein, and put peanut butter on top not cream cheese. I didn't use sweetener, which was fine. Only cooked for 45 seconds, which was too much - it was pretty dry. It wasn't very chocolatey. Next time, I will double the applesauce, cook for 30 seconds, and add 1/2T cocoa powder.
Your recipe ingredients are different from what you used to factor the nutrition! You figured Sugar Free Syrup and listed 1 Tablespoon Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Syrup. That effects the carbs and calories a lot.
We didn't have applesauce so we used 1 Tblsp of nonfat chocolate pudding. I thought it tased pretty good but was a little dry
This just isn't so good... the texture is good for a microwave brownies, but it's just not that chocolatey and sweet. Sorry, just being honest. Thanks.
Note: I used my own brand of PP: Super Advanced Whey Protein (choc)
Think I might give this a try. . . Chocolate and high in protein..
try this w/preed prunes or pureed canned beets instead of applesauce, more nutrition - less carbs no flavor change. and try blue agave syrup - all natural low glycemic 1 tbs = 1 tbs sweetener
