Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Substituted eggbeaters for eggs and used reduced fat ricotta cheese, I couldn't bring myself to dump the whole container of alfredo sauce on it and that was probably not a good idea, manicotti were dryish, totally my fault, will use all the alfredo sauce next time. Great taste, hit in the house!
I have to admit this dinner was really great. Paul came up with it on his own from a high calorie high fat recipe he found. He pared it down to a figure friendly delicious dinner.
