I made this with whatever veggies I had in the fridge...
One of my favorite side dishes for the winter holidays(Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.)Best made the day before so it can marinate.

125 calories for a good sized serving. So easy to season how you'd like. Salt and pepper is good but I've also used a garlic and dill seasoning.

This salad is low fat and delicious. I don't like mayonnaise so I used nonfat cottage cheese (my favourite) and it turned out great.
