Yummy Veggie Breakfast Scramble for meat lovers too!
This is my favorite breakfast, it is easy and delicious and good for you. I personally dont love eggs so i make it with one egg for myself and two for my husband who prefers a traditional "scramble". (note calories and serving is based on one egg per serving). Additionally, i make this with a meatless sausage pattie. i love real sausage, but i really love these as well (and i can feel better about!)I usually add a sprinkle of whatever kind of shredded cheese i have in the fridge but have left that out of the ingredients and caloric calculations.
