Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 ounces Ground Chicken Breast, No Skin
    2 Large Eggs
    4 cup Grande Classic Sicilian Blend (by CMJFOLSON) *chopped up finely
    28 gram Bread Crumbs
    10 tsp McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
    16 tbsp Ketchup

Tips

The vegetables need to be finely chopped in order to be evenly distributed.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
Take out of loaf pan an place on a sheet pan. Cover with ketchup.
Raise heat to 450 degrees F. and bake until the ketchup caramelizes, about 5-10 minutes.
Dig in!
