Ingredients

    4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1.0 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    0.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. After well mix shape into patties. Broil or bbq. Brush with bbq sauce for extra flavor. Serving Size: 12 atties
