Ingredients

    12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16.0 oz jennie-o turkey sausage
    15.0 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
    8.0 serving Sargento 4 cheese Mexican (off the block)
    2.0 cup organic frozen spinach
    3.0 oz fresh and clean mushrooms

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Thaw and drain spinach. Brown sausage. Scramble eggs in a large bowl. Add bacon bits, raw mushrooms, spinach, half the cheese, and fully cooked sausage. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 mins or until eggs are fully cooked. Cut into slice and eat or freeze to reheat later.
