Ingredients

    1kg potatos peeled and halved
    4 stalks celery chopped
    1.5C watercress chopped

    DRESSING
    150g low fat greek yogurt
    1tsp mustard
    1Tbs lemon juice


Directions

1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add potatoes. Boil for about 15 min until soft. Allow to cool.
2. Add celery, watercress and cooled potatoes to a bowl.
3. In a separate cup combine the yogurt, lemon juice and mustard.
4. Add to salad mix, toss and serve.
