Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Hey I used a star shaped cookie cutter, dusted the plate that I served it on with coco & icing sugar! All my guests kept saying - was"WOW"! Use any shape, even hearts - it's good 4 Valentines too!
I used cool whip. It was a hit with very little calories, my guest thought they were splurging until i told the secret. I do the same with graham crackers. Yum-O!
This recipe includes all my favorites - chocolate, ice cream and angel food cake = at a reasonable calorie count!
This recipe sounds great but my problem would be having left over chocolate chips and ice cream in the house. I'd be tempted to eat the leftovers all by myself. Sadly I can not have those extra calories in my house.
Will get a cake mix when I go to the store and make these for the freezer. I will use no sugar/fat ice cream and that will cut some of the calories too.
