Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This roll was amazing! I made mine gluten & sugar free. Skipped the vanilla pudding. Included my pic.
Very easy to make and delicious! I added 1 tsp of lemon extract to my yogurt mixture - I love lemon! Perfect for a lowfat/calorie birthday cake! :) I used an extra large jelly roll pan (16X11.5 approx) and the batter puffed up along sides but did not overflow onto oven. Will def keep recipe!
I am new to this site and this recipe sounds wonderful; can't wait to try it. This should be a great substitute for a pumpkin roll that we have during the holidays which is loaded with fat and calories.
mine didnt roll the way the photo looks......but it tasted amazing! I didnt have the yogart, so I put in plain yogart....a little vanilla extract.....chocolate sugar free pudding with the fat free cool whip...had friends for dinner and the kids went insane over this! they took the left overs!
Oh my goodness! My kids are not big on strawberry so I changed this one up a little. I used sugar free chocolate pudding and low fat vanilla yogurt then mixed together sugar free and fat free whipped topping. It was so delicious! My kids even loved it!
