Great, I prefer using all eggbeaters (no milk) and generous sprinkling of cinnamon on top of toast once on the grill.
If you need a little good fat..cook in 1 tsp of olive oil...good tatste and makes them crispy.
I would add cinnamon to the mixture as well. It adds some sweetness and cinnamon is great for helping the body with sugar metabolism!
