Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I tried whey powder instead of milk powder and didn't add any other sugar. I added some sesame seeds for extra nutrition and I added chocolate chips and Skor bits instead of dried fruit as I'm not big on dried fruit. The cookie base ended up tasting a bit odd - could be the whey. Very heavy.
Very good. Thinking of replacing the nonfat dry milk with mix for protein drink. That will elimante the need for added sugar and will up the protein. Will make again
I made this recipe this morning, and three of four family members ate it happily. My daughter will probably join the rest of us the sixteenth time I make it if she follows her usual ways. I used real sugar instead of Splenda, and subbed chocolate chips for the raisins. I'll try fruit next time.
