Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz Bush's, Black Beans, 15 oz canSalsa 1/2 cupYellow Sweet Corn 1/2 cup1/2 lime, squeezed and zestCilantro, raw, 1 tbspChili Powder 1 tspTobasco about 10 drops or more if you like it
Drain beans and mix the remaining ingredients.
Can be served cold or warmed in the microwave for two minutes.

Very good, and quick and easy to make! I usually serve it on a bed of baby spinach. My husband often makes it with chicken instead of tuna. - 6/7/10

This was good and easy to make. I don't really know about the tuna. I could take that or leave it; I'm not sure why it was in there. Could be done with other meats too, or without. I actually rolled it up in homemade whole-wheat tortillas which you can also find on this web site. - 4/4/08
