    1 box (Duncan Hines) red velvet cake mix
    8 oz. lowfat plain yogurt
    1 1/4 cups water

Tips

For Valentine's Day, use two heart-shaped pans and frost with cream cheese icing, then add graham cracker crumbs and red sprinkles around the edges.


Directions

Mix box of cake mix with yogurt and water. Check instructions on box for cooking time and temperature (depending on whether you use bundt, regular cake pans, or cupcake pans.

    This is very easy to make, of course it's from a box, but with 20 servings for the recipe, I'd much rather find something else to make. I noticed that the calorie count was just for the cake, so add the frosting or whatever else you want to decorate it needs to be counted also! :-( - 2/9/17
