Ingredients

    2lbs. lean ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    2 cans corn (not drained)
    4 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 packet ranch dressing

Directions

Brown the ground beef and onion together.Drain. Put meat and onions into large crock pot then empty in all other ingredients. stir after each ingredient. Then put lid on turn on low and at the end of the day voila: taco soup!!

    I'd love to make this but am not sure if I'm supposed to drain the tomatoes and beans - the corn is specified not to drain. HELP! Sounds wonderful! - 5/22/08

    This is awesome! I only used one pound of lean beef, instead of two, and it was great! I even froze 1-cup portions to have more for later, since husband doesn't eat tomatoes. - 5/17/08
