    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

saute onion and garlic. add spices & mix well. add everything else, cover, simmer until kale is cooked.
