Introduction

Name says it all! Name says it all!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes (932g)
    1 1/2 cups (302g) cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup (88g) old cheddar cheese grated
    2 cups milk
1/4 cup copped onion (6g dehydrated onion)
    1/4 cup white unbleached flour
    1 tbsp dehydrated parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper or to taste

Directions

Wash and thinly slice potatoes with skin on (or peel if desired). Cube ham. Grate old cheddar cheese - use old to get the most flavour for the least fat/calories. Measure milk, add flour, onions, parsley, and pepper and whisk together. Layer 1/4 of the potatoes, ham, and cheddar, and pour 1/4 of re-whisked milk mixture over. Then repeat three more time until all ingredients are in the crock pot. Turn crock pot to low and let cook for 8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
Note that I did not include adding salt as there is plenty in the ham and cheese already!

    Bad
I made this exactly as per the instructions and it was just not good - I thought it would make a thick sauce but the cheese separated making clumps - it was edible but just barely - I won't make this one again. - 11/23/11
