Ingredients

    18 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free 8oz.
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)
    *Lemon Juice 2 TBSP
    Vanilla Instant Pudding - Mix only
    Fat Free Cool Whip 1 cup
    *light cherry pie filling, 3.5 serving (remove

Directions

Beat Cream Cheese till soft
add milk and lemon juice, beat
add pudding mix, beat
Fold cool whip into mixture
Place 18 cupcake cups into tin, place 1 cookie into each
spoon mixture about 1/2-2/3 full
Set for 2 hours or till firm
Serve with light cherry pie filling as topping
