Ingredients

    2 teaspoons ground cumin, divided
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/4 cup barbecue sauce
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
    4 center-cut loin pork chops
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    Cooking spray

Directions

Combine 1 teaspoon cumin, salsa and next 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside, and keep warm.

Trim fat from chops. Combine remaining 1 teaspoon cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper; sprinkle over both sides of chops. Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with beans.
