Introduction
This is my version of this great snack using a melon baller to make small, bite size, cookie balls. You can have 3 for under 100 calories! They remind me of my favorite chocolate store candy-Haystacks, without all the calories and fat! This is my version of this great snack using a melon baller to make small, bite size, cookie balls. Ingredients
-
2 Tbsp- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)
1/2 Cup-Brown Sugar Blend (=24 tsp servings)
1/4- cup Milk, 1%
1 1/2 Tbsp- Nestle Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 tsp- Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp - Whipped Creamy Peter Pan Peanut Butter
1 1/4 Cups Dry-Oats-Old Fashioned, Plain
Directions
Melt margerine, add brown sugar blend and melt, add milk and cocoa, whisk until smooth and blended. Remove from stove. Whisk in vanilla and PB, stir in oats.
Roll into 1" balls. Easier method (if you have one) is to use a small melon baller. Spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray every 6 cookies or so if using this method to prevent mix from sticking.
Put on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill, then transfer to wax paper lined airtight container. Great when frozen!
Makes 36 cookie balls/12 Servings. Serving size is 3 for under 100 calories!
