Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup instant white rice
    1 1/2 cup water
    1/3 can Rotel (add more or less depending on how spicy you would like it)
    Salt
    Cumin

Directions

Brown rice in skillet (use either a small amount of oil or butter). Once rice is slightly browned add water, Rotel, ketchup and spices. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer until tender.
