Made this recipe but used fat free cream cheese instead. Next time will add some veggies and spices in the cheese and see how it turns out. - 2/9/10

I have made somewhat the same for a while. Be carefull when you cut the perppers--use plastic glovesI I boil the cut peppers in water that has a teasp.. of sugar ( so they stay nice and green. only for about 1-2 min. drain well.
We use the cream cheese but add some grated low fat Jalapeno

    Very Good
Good, basic recipe. I added a half teaspoon of garlic powder and about a quarter cup of shredded cheese. Cut the turkey bacon length wise as another poster suggested, getting two strips from one piece. - 8/4/20

    Incredible!
This is good!!! I've made them the healthy way and the naughty way. "Use gloves" is the best advice!! I had all kinds of reactions once. I friend of mine mixes crab meat. I'll definately try the cheddar cheese. I usually cook them on a Forman. - 5/25/08
