Ingredients

    2 lbs yukon gold potatos, washed and sliced into 8 slices
    2 T canola oil
    1 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t cumin
    1 t chili powder

Directions

Toss potato "spears" in canola oil. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over potatoes. Spread potatoes onto a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes at 350* turning after 15 minutes.
