    Zucchini, 1 cup (2 small), coarsely grated
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 0.5 cup
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 1/4 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp minced
    Garlic powder, 1/8 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp


Grate zucchini in bowl. Add egg, panko, cheese, onion, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat frying pan over high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray. Drop rounded tablespoons into pan and flatten. Cook over medium-high heat 2-4 minutes on each side until browned.
