Ingredients

    1 Cup Great Value Berry Medley (walmart brand) Frozen
    1/2 Cup Dannon Light and fit yogurt vanilla
    1/2 Avocado apprx. 4 oz.
    1 fl oz of Water (add more if you like)

Directions

Makes one 12 oz serving. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend for 2 mins or desired consistency.

    Incredible!
    This is a great recipe! Loved the flavor and the creaminess of it!

    One thing I want to say -- the total fat in this recipe is off. When I put in the ingredients individually into the tracker, I came up with 14 grams of fat, 13 of which came from the avocado.
