Ingredients

    3 lbs chicken with bones or 2 lbs chicken breast
    1 1/2 t salt
    20 oz can pineapple chunks with juice
    1 c sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c water
    2 T lite soy sauce
    2 t chicken bouillon granules
    1/2 t ground ginger
    1/2 green pepper, chopped

Directions

Sprinkle salt on Chicken and Brown (Broiler or Fry Pan).
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken in baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes.
